The NBVA #2 Tournament was held on Saturday 26 October and Sunday 27 October with a record high of 170 players competing over the 2 day tournament in AAA/AA/A and BBB/BB Divisions.
The AAA Men’s final saw an exciting new pairing of Bartek Gaik & Sam Cattet upset the number #1 seeds (Sam & Mateusz) in a close semi-final (26-24 & 21-19), then taking on the experienced team of Franky Riginelli & Roman Arkaev. The final show down going to Franky & Roman 21-8, 18-21 & 15-10.
In the AAA Women’s final the return of team Michaela Vorlova & Lucia Michalovicova won a close battle against Alice Rohkamper & Sarah Richer 19-21, 21-18 & 15-9.
