NBVA Summer 2025 Mixed Social League

Back for the 2025 Summer season, the NBVA Mixed Social League aims to give members a more social opportunity to play volleyball on historic Manly Beach.

The NBVA Mixed Social League looks to kick off the second week of January, running for 7 weeks. The event will run two nights/week, with the capacity for 40 teams to play. 

Mixed Social League aims to give the NBVA community another opportunity to play volleyball in a shorter, less competitive, more social format than other day long tournaments. 

 

Dates  Monday & Thursday Nights (13th January 2025 – 6th March 2025) 

5:30pm-7:30pm 
Details  40 mixed teams in total – 20 Monday & 20 Thursday night  

  • Each team will play 4 one set matches each night for 5 weeks (pool play). The final 2 weeks will be tournament play, seeding based on performance in pool play.* 
  • Sign ups are on a first come first served basis, with seeding done using the teams combined NBVA points.
  • If you or/and your partner can’t make a night – just find a sub!

*This is the ideal plan and is dependent on what skill of players sign up. If there is a big difference in skill level, we will adjust to having two divs/night, with matches played instead of single sets.
