NBVA will only offer a refund (including any fees or charges) if an event is cancelled or rescheduled (and you do not wish to attend the rescheduled event).

NBVA will only offer a refund (including any fees or charges) for an event if the withdrawal is due to extenuating circumstances that are medically related and can be sustained by a medical certificate.

You must apply for a refund within a reasonable time (by the deadline at 8pm before an event). NBVA does not offer refunds or exchanges as a result of a change of mind or personal circumstances.

If an event is cancelled or rescheduled all liability is limited to the amount for which the ticket was purchased (including any fees or charges).

NBVA will not liable for any other losses incurred by you as a result of the cancellation or rescheduling of an event, this includes any travel and accommodation expenses you may have incurred.

Team entries will not be accepted without full event payment. If a player has paid an event fee and is not accepted into the event, the player is entitled to a full refund.

You should consider the refund and cancellation policies of travel, accommodation and other service providers when making arrangements for attendance at an event.

You may also wish to consider taking out a relevant insurance policy to cover any losses you may incur from event cancellation or rescheduling.
