NBVA Private Coaching Policy

NBVA Private Coaching Policy

The Northern Beaches Volleyball Association (NBVA) offers private coaching to support players seeking individualised training. These sessions are intended as a supplement to NBVA squad training or, in some cases, an alternative when a player is unable to meet squad training commitments.

NBVA provides this service under a “fair play” ethos. Private coaching is designed to meet additional demand and must not replace or undermine NBVA’s squad training program. At no time should these sessions be used to establish or promote a personal coaching business that could compromise the club’s operations or reputation.
