38X Fitness group training provides the right support in a fun environment to keep you training and on your journey to a fitter, leaner and stronger you. It’s like working out with a group of good friends – inspiring each other to their goals.

NBVA members are entitled to the following training plans:

UNLIMITED $54.90 per week. Unlimited workouts per fortnight
POWER $39.90 per week. Up to four workouts per fortnight
MULTIVISIT 10 VIST PASS $230 for 10 sessions

The Beaches Sports Physio

Damien Glover is a rare physio who knows the ins and outs of volleyball, having played and worked closely with elite volleyballers for years. All NBVA members have a unique opportunity to work with him, so go and get any niggles or injuries finally sorted.

NBVA members are entitled to a 10% rebate on all physiotherapy services at The Beaches Sports Physio in Dee Why. This includes the initial consultation which encompasses a thorough interview, physical examination (which may include posture analysis, volleyball specific movement analysis and special tests of body parts), hands on treatment and goal setting session where outcomes are identified.
