'Advanced' and 'Developing Advanced' Sessions - Please Enquire
Advanced sessions are for athletes who are aiming to compete in the upcoming beach season and are typically striving for state level teams of all ages (U14 – U18).
We are introducing ‘Developing Advanced’ Squads for the younger age groups (2013, 2014, 2015) for those who are absolutely loving their volleyball and are keen to do more than our 2 day program!! There is a lot to look forward to with the Youth Beach Series kicking off in Manly on October 2nd/3rd and continuing on other Sydney beaches (each event is optional) each month. We will help form NBVA teams to for the Youth Beach Series, and are hoping to form teams from our squads to represent VNSW at the Australian Youth National Championships!! (Official NSW State Trials are mid October and the National Champs are mid March)
So, if your child is getting super excited about volleyball and wants to get more involved with extra sessions with more focussed development then please reach out to us (juniors@nbva.org.au) so we can help on their journey!
FAQ: Generally speaking, kids will still be involved in the 2-day beginner/intermediate program (or indoor). The ‘Developing Advanced’ session will be an extra session on either a Sunday or Tuesday after regular sessions, and on a Wednesday or Thursday after school depending on the school Term. Please let us know what will work for your busy athlete as we work to put these squads together!
We welcome all enquiries and will aim to find the right training group for you if these are full, or are not yet the right fit. Please direct queries to juniors@nbva.org.au.
